Lisa Holt has over fifteen years experience in federal taxation. Ms. Holt concentrates her practice in the areas of purchase, sale, leasing and financing of corporate aircraft, like-kind exchanges, and business and tax planning. Ms. Holt joined the Kansas City law firm of Cooling & Herbers, P.C. in November 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Holt represented clients on corporate, partnership, trust and estate, and individual tax planning and preparation in both a law firm settings and as a certified public accountant in a national accounting firm.
