PHARMACEUTICAL LAW 

         Our pharmaceutical law practice is headed by Charles D. Dalton, who has personally have 20 years of experience as Vice-President of the legal corporate development to Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., both in the United States and Europe.  Mr. Dalton’s practice has included the representation of research and development and regulatory matters and the transfer of technology, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and co-promotion agreements, as well as product line acquisitions and divestitures all relating to activities of companies in the pharmaceutical industry.  Furthermore, within that discipline, he has had extensive responsibilities for a broad range of practices including securities law, New York Stock Exchange compliance, human resources, real estate and facilities management and other general corporate matters all relating to the pharmaceutical business.
