Our special counsel, James Glover, leads this practice.
He is currently a third-term member of the City Council of Kansas City,
Missouri. He has achieved national recognition for his sponsorship and
development of “Glover Plan Redevelopment Project” in Kansas City, providing
a completely unique approach to financing of urban development.
Mr.
Glover’s education and background have been focused throughout his career on
municipal and urban development issues.
His
experience with the City of Kansas City has given him an in-depth ability to aid
clients in resolution of disputes regarding public law matters and public
finance issues, to the extent they do not conflict with his duties on behalf of
the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and provided him the background to offer his
assistance in mediation of disputes nationwide.
