Cooling, James W. J.

James W. J. Cooling focuses his practice on assisting corporate and private clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of aircraft; state, federal, and international tax issues; and business planning. Mr. Cooling joins the Cooling & Herbers, P.C. legal team after attending University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017.

Mr. Cooling holds a private pilot certificate, including a multi-engine and instrument rating. Prior to law school, Mr. Cooling worked as a civil and mechanical engineer in Kansas City and New York City, focused on the design and construction of water tunnels and infrastructure.
