Lee, Bonjwing

Bonjwing Lee focuses his practice in the areas of acquisition, sale, leasing, and international operations of private and corporate aircraft. He has worked on transactions for Fortune 500 companies around the globe.

Prior to joining Cooling & Herbers, P.C., Mr. Lee was in private practice in the area of corporate and securities law. He has assisted both public corporations as well as small, private companies with mergers, acquisitions, stock, and other corporate compliance issues. Mr. Lee has also worked on the personal staff of a member of the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. as well as in Hollywood, where he worked for a major motion picture studio.

He has traveled extensively and speaks Mandarin fluently.
